산사는 한국의 남쪽 지방에 위치해 있는 산에 위치한 절들을 말합니다.

고려시대에는 불교문화가 융성하였기에 그 시절에 절이 많이 생겼습니다.

7개의 절은, 양산 통도사, 영주 부석사, 안동 봉정사, 보은 법주사, 공부 마곡사, 순천 선암사, 해남 대흥사 입니다.
9. Sansa was praised as "Outstanding Universal Value" by UNESCO World Heritage Center because it increased the status of Buddhism in Korea since the 7th century.
